Approved by No. [2003] 12 paper of Fujian Provincial Government, Fujian Tiansheng Agriculture Stock Co., Ltd is established through overall restructuring of Fuqing Tiansheng Oil Industry Co., Ltd with a registered capital of 85.14099 million yuan. Major shareholders are: famous entrepreneur Huang Yusen, Fujian Huaxing Venture Investment Co., Ltd, Fuqing State-owned Assets Operation and Investment Co., Ltd and State-run Fuqing Honglu Nurseries etc.
Corporate Tenet: agriculture-based, make full use of agricultural resources, carry out the operation policy of driving agriculture industrialized operation with the “base + farmers + enterprises + processing” new type industrialized mode, and aim to increase the income of farmers and create economic efficiency of enterprises for a long term.
Industries and business the company has involved in: lycopene, edible vegetable oil, food, vegetable and fruit drinks, teas, pure water; production, planting and selling of trees, flowers and bonsai etc; garden landscape design; building bases, popular science education service and scientific study service of agriculture and forest industry; agricultural eco-tourism service; freshwater aquaculture, aquatic product deep-processing and development of agricultural production bases.
The company has passed double certifications of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System and Product Quality, and in strict accordance with the GMP standard designed the class 100, 000 clean rooms (including air filtration, air shower and UV disinfection); the decoration is in line with the international health and American FDA health standards. Knock-out product of the company, Tiansheng first class peanut oil was granted as “Trustworthy Products” by China National Association of Grain Sector. Since 2004, the company began to form its industry chain of tomato planting, tomato beverage processing and lycopene extraction and processing.
